Operation Level Up maintains a strict no-refund policy for all purchases. Please
review the following terms:
- All voucher and game point purchases are final and non-refundable,
regardless of usage. - We do not offer refunds for expired or unredeemed vouchers and points.
- Any purchase errors must be reported immediately; otherwise, they are
considered valid and final. - Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the game, wait times,
or change of mind.
