By purchasing or using any of the services or vouchers from Operation Level
Up (OLU), you agree to the following terms:

• Vouchers must be claimed within 30 days of the purchase date.
•  Promotions and offers cannot be combined with any other deals or
  discounts.
• Points are valid for 6 months from the card activation date.
• Bonus points are valid for 3 days only from the first activation and cannot
  be used for escape games.
• Game points will expire if the card is not reloaded within 6 months.
• Points will be used in this order: bonus points first, followed by game
  points.
• OLU reserves the right to modify or terminate offers, close the venue for
  private events, or amend these terms without prior notice.
• All voucher prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Minimum age to participate is 6 to 10 years, based on the game’s specific
  policy.
• Children under 15 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult
  with a valid ID.
• Participation in games is at your own risk; OLU is not responsible for
  personal injury or loss.
• Guests must purchase lockers or gear separately, if needed.
• All visitors must comply with safety instructions given by OLU Marshalls.
• Outside food, beverages, or personal items are not permitted within the
  venue.
